another monthly music diary
things are winding down for this year and i’m slowing down accordingly. i’m also reflecting on all the rich, thematic things i want to offer in this space for next year. music remains front of mind, but we’ll see where this journey takes us. thanks for being along for the ride!
there was so much more music that i planned to listen to this month — yet, there were some days in november where i could barely keep my head on straight.
plus, you and i both know that there’s a lot of recent music that won’t be heard for the first time until 2024. that’s just how it goes and trying to cram it all in doesn’t serve the music or artists any justice.
